Coil Joining international, a member of Miebach has developed a complete range of Limited Overlap Welder which is economical type of welder and dedicated to continuous operation lines, from 0.05 mm to 0.40 mm, when a welded joint of twice the strip thickness is acceptable. 

Miebach has developed a new range of Laser Welder for Hot Rolled Strip from 1 mm to 6 mm producing weld with NO OVERTHICKNESS and fully roll able. This weld type is currently in operation in continuous Tandem Mill and Pickling line or combined Pickling-Tandem line all over the world.

Miebach introduces a new Laser Welder range for Cold Rolled Strip from 0.05 mm to 3 mm producing weld with no over thickness nor pinholes. This welder is currently in operation in inspection, electrolytic and hot deep galvanizing lines. This welder could be easily installed in existing line as no cellar is required as the shear scraps are automatically evacuated at floor level.
