Caster Strand Monitoring System [Roll Gap Checker]

OWER “Roll Checker” assures easy and accurate measurement of various parameters through flow path of casting roll stand which directly affects the quality of casting slab. The measured parameters such as roll gap, roll alignment, roll rotating condition and water spray nozzle, are collected and stored in board computer and transferred to host computer for analysis.
